1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between fg55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the fg55 website and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional programmes, and payment services.

Your use of the fg55 platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This Agreement is effective from the moment you complete registration or first access any part of the platform. If you are accessing fg55 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

fg55 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the fg55 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law;
• You are registering as an individual in your own name, not on behalf of a third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the fg55 platform or any related platform;
• You are not classified as a problem gambler and are not currently under any self-exclusion arrangement.

fg55 implements age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request supporting documentation to confirm your date of birth at any stage. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after completing a mandatory review process.

Geographic Eligibility

fg55 operates primarily to serve players in Bangladesh. Players from certain other jurisdictions may also access the platform. However, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. fg55 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all locations. Players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and without any protection or recourse from fg55.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the fg55 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other overlapping identifier — is strictly prohibited. fg55 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, fg55 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings earned across those accounts, and withhold any bonus funds credited to duplicate registrations. The player will be permitted to retain only the balance held in their original verified account.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your fg55 account, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fg55 account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted on your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fg55 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

fg55 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any point. This may involve submitting copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. fg55 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals until verification is completed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the fg55 Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

fg55 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), direct bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank), and international card payments (Visa, Mastercard). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and fg55 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile money transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfers and card payments. fg55 does not charge any deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which fg55 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible, typically within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile money withdrawals during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of account verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into your fg55 account;
• fg55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name;
• fg55 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals associated with active bonus wagering requirements may be withheld until those requirements are met in full.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the fg55 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol: ৳). Where a player uses an international card in a different currency, conversion to BDT will occur at the rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction. fg55 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by third-party providers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fg55 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. The following general principles apply to all promotions offered by fg55:

• 5.1 Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. fg55 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any offer at its sole discretion.
• 5.2 All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• 5.3 Bonus funds have an expiry period. Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 5.4 Players suspected of abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, use of third-party funds, or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation — will have their bonus funds voided and may have their account permanently closed.
• 5.5 fg55 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that active wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured to completion.
• 5.6 Only one bonus may be active at a time per player account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Promotional terms are an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the fg55 platform, you agree to use it lawfully, ethically, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, legal action:

6.1 Fraudulent Activity

You must not engage in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment disputes raised in bad faith, use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, identity theft, or misrepresentation of any information provided to fg55.

6.2 Cheating & Collusion

You must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities or bugs, use automated betting systems, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage, or collude with other players in any game mode. Any winnings obtained through such methods will be voided.

6.3 Money Laundering

The fg55 platform must not be used for money laundering or any other criminal financial activity. Deposits must represent funds that legitimately belong to you. fg55 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required. Large or unusual transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures.

6.4 Platform Interference

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with any software or systems forming part of the fg55 platform. You must not introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code into the platform, and must not attempt unauthorised access to fg55 systems or other player accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the fg55 platform — including but not limited to the fg55 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, source code, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fg55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fg55 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any fg55 content without prior written authorisation;
• Use the fg55 brand name, logo, or any derivative marks in any commercial context;
• Create derivative works based on fg55 platform content;
• Frame or mirror any part of the fg55 website on any other website or platform;
• Use fg55 content for any purpose that is unlawful or not expressly permitted by these Terms.

Any unauthorised use of fg55 intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your platform access and may subject you to civil or criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by fg55 and its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the fg55 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gambling activity on the platform;
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond fg55's control;
• Errors in odds, prices, or game outcomes resulting from software malfunction, where fg55 will apply a correction policy;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the fg55 platform.

fg55 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fg55 takes reasonable measures to maintain platform availability and accuracy, no warranties — express or implied — are made regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fg55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your fg55 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, fg55 will process the closure and return any verified withdrawable balance to your registered payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the final balance to be processed. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened without a formal re-registration review.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by fg55

fg55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player;
• Multiple account creation in violation of the single account policy;
• Player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, fg55 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

10. Responsible Gaming

fg55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players registered in Bangladesh and beyond. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. fg55 provides a range of responsible gaming tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can enable in-platform reminders to be notified after a defined period of continuous gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players who need a short break without permanently closing their account may request a cooling-off period during which the account is temporarily suspended.

fg55 enforces a strict 18+ age restriction on all gaming and betting activity. Players who are identified as minors will have their accounts closed immediately. We do not advertise to or market towards individuals under the age of 18, and we encourage parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms.

11. Amendments to These Terms

fg55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that substantially affect player rights or obligations, fg55 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the fg55 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole recourse is to discontinue use of the platform and request closure of your account in accordance with Section 9.1 above.

Where a revised version of these Terms creates a more restrictive condition for existing players with active balances or active bonus wagering requirements, fg55 will provide a minimum of 7 days' notice before the change takes effect, allowing those players to complete their activity or withdraw their balance under the previous Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. fg55 makes no specific representation regarding the legal framework of any particular jurisdiction, and players are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and fg55 relating to your account, any game outcome, a payment transaction, or any aspect of these Terms, you should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting fg55 customer support at [email protected]. fg55 commits to investigating all disputes promptly and providing a written response within 5 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

12.2 Game Outcome Disputes

In cases of disputes relating to game outcomes, the result recorded in fg55's server logs shall be considered final and definitive, provided that no verifiable technical malfunction has been identified. Where a technical malfunction is confirmed to have affected a game outcome, fg55 will apply a fair correction policy, which may involve voiding the affected bet and returning the stake to the player's account balance.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the fg55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and fg55 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
